1st: 6 mile walk (also went on the regualr 1 mile two previous days don't remeber which)

26th: 1 mile walk
21st: 1 mile walk
20th: 1 mile walk
14th: 30 min DDR session
11th: 1 mile walk
9th: 1 mile walk
3rd: 25 min walk - 30 min nature walk
wow I've been slackin on this a lil havent I, I have been walkin a decent bit at school since it started but otherwise gaddam. First thing tmmr morning I'm going 4 a jog

August:
28th: 1 mile walk
27th: 1 mile walk/jog
26th: 3 mile walk
25th: 25 min walk
24th: 20 min jog - 25 minute walk - mild hike
23rd: 25 min walk
22nd: 45 min DDR session - 25 min walk
21st: 25 min jog-walk-jog - 25 min walk
17th: 15 min jog - 3 pullups
16th: 20 min jog - 5 pullups - 30 min walk - 10 minute jog
15th: 30 min DDR session - 30 min walk

Prev: Two to three 30 min walks a week

March 2024: hmm wow walking down a massive hill to college every day kinda takes a damper on this eh. On the weekends I still go on an equivalent walk down a similar hill at least. I need to play more DDR
